I Changed Spark Plugs And Coil Pack And It's Still Telling Me Misfiring An Only

change spark plugs and coil pack and now I can only do 30mph

Run an OBD scan (free at AutoZone) for diagnostic codes stored by the computer. What those codes mean will furnish you a complete list of possible cause of your issue.
