Rust
bought extended warranty when purchased new in 07, is rusted rear fenderwall covered , which ford dealer agreed is rusted through panel?

I have the same issue with my 2007 Edge. Fenders, inner door panels, rims. Please call Ford and report this problem. It seems to be common in the 2007's but Ford is not doing anything about it yet. With enough complaints of this problem it will in crease our chances of getting assistance. The representative told me to have as many as I can report the issue to have it noticed. So I am doing just so. REPORT RUST ISSUES TO FORD!
