Go to your local auto parts store (or almost any grocery or convenience store) and you should be able to find it with no trouble. It's just a small plastic bottle with a few ounces of dry gas in it. I have added a photo to show you what the bottle looks like.
If you can drive your car to the gas station, add a few gallons of gas after your pour in the dry gas. That will help to spread out the dry gas and will reduce the percentage of moisture in the gas. Be sure to run the car for at least 30 minutes to get the dry gas into the line. It may take longer than that to completely straighten out the problem.
If that doesn't help, then you probably have a clogged fuel filter. The fuel filter should be located under your car and on the driver's side frame rail. Not hard to replace, if you are a decent mechanic. Just be sure to pull the fuel pump relay (should be in the engine compartment and marked "EFI" or something similar) and crank the engine a few times to relieve fuel pressure before removing the filter. There will still be some fuel in the filter and in the line, so have a pan handy to catch the dripping fuel.
