How Do I Disable Park Gear, When Trying To Move A Dead Ford Escape Xls 2006?

My recently deceased Father in law, has a Ford Escape XLS 2006 parked in his driveway, which has not moved in 3+ years ( the battery is totally dead, motor suspected to be ceased), unfortunately for us the driveway is inaccessible to tow trucks. "How do we put it into Neutral, when stuck in Park?"
