Pandel Fuses Box

Start my car it runs then I touch the panel fuses box the car turn off and the half on the fuses dont have power I testis them out

You may have a fauty fuse holder on the accessory fuse which would turn off the engine. As far as no voltage accross some fuses doesn't tell you much since all circuits aren't powered unless they have loads on them.
