Truck Bucks / Not Really Backfire When Push To Go Up A Small Hill ,

all filters changed , check engine light has come on tech said it was running lean ,but didn,t know what that meant , also when you reallypush down on pedal sound like its bogging down the bucking is like a banging you can feel riding along decide to pass or speed up push on pedal then jecking starts let off and feather gas pedal starts to pick up and run smooth , it does have the faszors timing noise tap tap tap

The best to go is to try and get the "Check Engine Light" cleared by following the lead of the OBD codes. The "running lean" code is normally caused by a vacuum leak. Go here http://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1104481-running-to-lean.html for more on possible causes of your issue.
