Why Does My Heater Start Out Blowing Hot, Then Turn Turn Cold In A Few Seconds?

When I turn my heater on, it starrs out hot, but quickly turns cold. The car is running at normal temperature. I also flushed the radiator and replaced the thermostat. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
