Wiper Stop Working

I have had this truck for about 1 year and it was a repo and the person before me pulled the radio out and cut the wires . and now I have had the wiper stop working and don't have the washer pump eather . I have replaced the switch and was looking at the motor . please if you have any help ler me know thanks
