Does Ford F250 2001 V10 Have Timing Chain?

Modular motors have two long timing chains under a cover on the front of the engine block/heads. There isn't anything as far as I know to maintain them. Usually the valve seals will get sloppy and the valvetrain will get noisey long before the timing chain goes south.
