2001 Ford F-150 No Oil Pressure And A Medium Ticking Noise On The Driver Side Of

in addition to this the catalytic converter on driver side was shot so i put new ones on .took it for a test drive and it runs ruff and not a lot of power unless you step on the gas hard. it is feeling like it is missing. but should the computer indicate a promblem? when idling it seems to run ok , but still has the tiking noise.
