Tail,turn Signal,brake Light Problem

Where should I start ??? I have a 2001 Explorer sport trac..... with the headlights off , I have brake lights. Turn the headlight on and I loose the brake lights, go to use the turn signal....doesn't matter to which side and it's flashing all the brake lights,even the center mounted.
