Ford Expedition 2001 Eddie Bauer 2 Wheel Drive

In what order do the fuses go under the hood and in the fuses located under the emergency brake in an eddie bauer 2001 ford expedition 2 wheel drive? And what could be the problem if the car does not turn on as if the battery had died?
