Where is it, and what amp for an 01 crown Vic? plz and thnx in advance!

The cigar lighter fuse for a 2001 Crown Vic is a 20A fuse. The fuse is located in the passenger compartment fuse panel. See the diagram on page 153 of the owner's manual for the exact location -- it's #25 in the diagram.
