99 Escort Zx2. I Have No Dash Lights Or Tail Lights.blown Fuse After Replacement

1999 ford escort zx2. No dash and tail lights. I replaced 15a fuse and got tail lights. I then checked the dash lights, thinking the dimmer was turned down I turned up. No dash lights and lost tail lights again. How do I get to the relay and how do I check the switch?

The fuse at #2 on the under dash module controls: the Instrument cluster illumination, license plate lamp, parking lamps, side marker lamps, tail lamps, (radio, climate control illumination). There's a fuse/relay labeled BTN # 4 in the under hood module, it is a the "Back to Normal" fuse. What this fuse does is resets the ECU (electronic control unit)... when you put the fuse in the BTN slot, it completes the circuit to reset the ECU.. when you remove it.. it's reset. This is not a fuse that should be left in.. only use it to reset your ECU if you're having problems.

I hope this is helpful to you!
