Where Is The Cruise Control In The Fuse Box For 1999 Ford Contour

The fuse that controls the cruise control in your Contour is fuse #23 in the under dash fuse box. If you have replaced this fuse before to repair your cruise control,you most likely have a short in the wiring or the speed control module.
