Your vehicle has a fuel shutoff switch (inertia switch). It trips when there's an accident, so the fuel pump doesn't keep running after a crash. It's a safety feature to prevent a fire in case of a rollover.

The inertia switch can be in one of a few locations. Try looking under the driver's side kick panel, near where the driver's left foot rests. It's just a red button that you press to reset it. It may be behind a plastic cover on the kick panel.

If it isn't there, it could be in any of the following places: Passenger side kick panel, one of the rear wheel wells in the trunk or even in the glove box (doubtful). Just look for a red button to reset. It should be marked "fuel pump reset" or something similar.
