Low Fuel Psi Rough Idle

Only 30 psi on fuel rail. Have changed pump filter and fuel regulator. Reads lean back one and two. System has reach max fuel trim.

30PSI should be sufficient for the engine to start and run. Every component perfect would give you 35 PSI, but 30 should be sufficient.

Also, check fuel pressure with the pressure regulator vacuum hose disconnected (plug the hose) while the engine is running. The fuel pressure should go up. If it does, regulator and pump are good. If it doesn't, either regulator diaphragm is bad or the other end of the hose has come loose or there's a leak in that hose.

Re the rough idle, I'd look for vacuum leaks in general. Also if you've not cleaned your throttle body in a while, you should do that; I've found that when the trottle body gets real dirty on mine, the idle gets rough.
