1997 Ford Crown Victoria
I have a 1997 ford crown victoria. I purchased it from a friend about 3 years ago, the heater didn't work at that time but the a/c worked great. The next summer the a/c stopped working and since then the heater worked great. Last year during the winter if I turned the heater off then the next time I turned it on it wouldn't work. But the next time I tried it, it would work again and so on and so on. As long as I don't turn off the heater it would work. Well I live in Washington state and it has recently gotten down to 10 degrees F. I am not positive if there was antifreeze in there or not. The other day I was driving and the heater was on and working and then it slowly started to blow cold air. Since that time the heater has not worked. I have noticed that there is a dripping coming from the drivers front side. I squatted down by the drivers side front tire and looked underneath and what seems to me to be the radiator overflow tube hanging down, there is dripping coming from there. I touched it and it seems to be greasy with a slight reddish tint to it. It is freezing, and I work graveyard and I really need a heater. Please help
