Car Down Now 180 Days Need Help

have a 1997 ford contour 2.0 reg fuel will not start normaly have to hold pedal to floor and it tries to start but dies right away has fire to all plugs had blown fuel pump fuse replace it also had bad wires on fuel rail they were exposed naked tape all them up. it tries to start with pedal to the floor can push shreadar valve while cranking and fuel shoots out of valve 6-8 inches high all help needed i'm disable tried new plugs, wires, coil pack, injectors,fuel filtertaped all wires has no codes did have 117,102po before but fixed them injectors firing fuel psi=42 hode light test good on all injectors spark at each plug good
