Oil Leak
the car is leaking transmission oil and they already changed the seals

Transmissions can leak in a lot of places. The obvious thing to check is the transmission pan. The pan gasket can be a problem area for a lot of cars. I would think that they would see that leaking, though.
Check the dipstick tube gasket to see if it's dried out or damaged. Replace the gasket if necessary.
The speedometer gear housing can also leak. It has a gasket that can easily be replaced.
Where the tranny lines connect to the transmission can be a problem area as well. Make sure they are tight and are not leaking.
