Fisher And Paykel Refridgerator Model E522brx Alarm

Hi, I am getting a two beep alarm every time i open either the top or bottom door on my fridge. The red light flashes on the thermometer as does the first green light. ive checked that both fans are working. Can anyone tell me what the error code is referring to. I also defrosted but alarm is still there.
