- Go to the Mattel & Fisher-Price Customer Service page by clicking this link which will open in a new window.
- Search for available parts is a secure page where it will be suggested that the first thing you do is check the Product Recall/Advisory list which goes back to 1998. When I checked, there were no Smart Cycles listed,
- On the Search for Available Parts page you will see a small box in which you will see the words Search all of store.mattel.com -
- Enter Smart Cycle by typing in that box and then clicking Go
- And you will see that there are 3 pages of Smart Cycle parts. The pedal is in the first row. Select view all at the bottom of the page because you might need the pedal assembly which is in the bottom row.
- Open whichever you need and you will be directed to the order page.
