What Is Wrong With Your Access 360 Service For Prepaid Debit Cards?

A week ago I was not able to access my transaction information because my password was blocked, so I called your service line. In the span of 2 1/2 hours I was transferred back and forth between your service reps, the agents at Access 360, your web support people and back to Access 360 (after being disconnected by your web staff). On Monday of this week, I went to the St. Bernard 5/3 branch and one of you bankers spent 1 1/2 hours without any luck in unblocking my web and mobile access. I am on my third debit card account number in four weeks (due to mispellings of my name and attempts to get me back on your web system. To date, I am still blocked from this important access and am unable to view my transactions or charges. The Access 360 agents say that the problem is with your web team, and your web people say the problem is with the Access 360 staff. I could care less who the problem is with, I would just like the problem solved. Is there anyone at 5/3 Bank who has the expertise to find a solution to this problem. If my organization had not been using your bank for a number of years, I would surely look for an institution that seems to know what they are doing. From my own business experience, your choice of Access 360 as your pre-paid debit card vendor is contributing to a perception of a deficit of professionalism. I hope that someone in your organization might do something to improve my perception of your customer service and web staff. My perception of Access 360 is beyond repair as they would not expidite my replacement card after their card source mispelled my name unless I was willing to pay $20. Making a mistake is not a big deal, but not owning up to it is a deal breaker in my book.  Please know that I have had nothing but stellar support from your staff at St. Bernard, however I believe they too are frustrated by this situation With sincere respect and hopes of better support, Br.
