Has Fifth Third Bank Paid Out Any Money From The Lswsuit Aganist Them?

As you know a settlement was reached. On January 12, 2012 claims processing began. If you filed a claim to join the class action, you will have been notified by mail whether or not your claim was approved.
In that notification letter are the steps claimants must take to remedy deficiencies.
All checks should be mailed to those eligible by February 29.2012.
