Trying To Change My Password, It Comes Up Tried Entering Too Many Codes

What can i do to get back onto facebook been trying all day with no luck at all & have not been able to figure it out.

If you've turned on login approvals, you can get 10 login codes to use when you don't have your phone.

To get your codes:

Go to your Security Settings ( > Settings > Security)
Click on the Login Approvals section
Click Get codes
Enter your password and click Submit

You can use each code once. If you run out of codes or lose them, you can request new ones by clicking get new codes.
