I Try To Friend Request My Wife, But She Doesn't Receive It.

When she searches my name, she cannot find me.i seem invisiable,neither of our blocked lists have any names in them.

If you cannot find her or you cannot find her, try searching her name in the box and then choose see all results. If that doesn't work, you can easily get to her page by having her go to her profile and then have her tell you the url in the adress box. You can then type that in and go directly to her page.
