Why I Cant Get On My Page

Hi my name is whitleyWilson DOB 1-24-89 I just recently was locked out of my account and I was asked to send a picture ID but I was very afraid do to the fact me not knwing if this was real or not so i sent a picture just of my face and it told me that some one will get in contact with me shortly but it's been over 4 days now the name that's a pear on my page it will say rob queen I was also told that my page was a fake page do to the name I have on thier but it's not a fake page i just thought I was doing some creative to my page the email my account us under is but you can contact me at this email please cause i will love to have My same page back i have all my memories of my love ones which is the only memory I have of them ???? can youPlease help me get my page back

There are various possible causes of being locked out, and different solutions.

Facebook may have determined suspicious or deceptive activity that may violate Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities (https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms). To dispute that determination, you can file the form at http://www.facebook.com/help/contact/?id=260749603972907.

Or...

Facebook may be making an improvement to the database your account is stored on. During this time, you won't be able to gain access to your account. In most instances, this maintenance will last only a few hours. (Facebook doesn't do site maintenance on all accounts at the same time, so it's possible that some of your friends will have full access even though you don't.) If the issue lasts longer than 24 hours, you may want to try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. If that doesn't work, submit the form at https://www.facebook.com/help/www/186570224871049.
