go to ACCOUNT in upper right side of homepage ,select ACCOUNT SETTINGS,this willshow you the MY ACCOUNT PAGE,under settings,select PASSWORD-CHANGE,you should be able to change it back,or to a new one...if you don't know the one on your account,you will have to use the HELP link,CONTACT FACEBOOK link,there they will verify you are who owns the ACCOUNT and help you making the change.
