I can not sign into my face book account with my e-mail it keeps showing me [email protected] our computers our in the same house pkease help this has been going on for three days

There could be various problems. For example, you could have typed your password in all uppercase because your caps lock key was on. Or you could have entered the wrong email address. Check out the solutions laid out at:
