Please Select @ Least 1 Of The Email Add Or Phone #s Listed Below, None Listed

I am trying to reset my fb pssword, I get a pop up saying "Please select at least one of the email addresses or phone numbers listed below" and there is nothing to chose. When I check my profile from a friends account, my cell phone number is listed there. Can u please help as I need to reactivate my account. Crackie Doll is my user name can my cell phone appear so that I can choose to send the password there. Also my email add has been removed but I don't mind the email as I was using mobile facebook.
