Why Am I Only Seeing My Ad Reports Instead Of My Page When I Log In?

I created a community org. page and then made and ad for that page. When I log in to facebook, my ad manager comes up and I have to click several different places to get to my page. Once there, I cannot search facebook for other people, organizations, etc. I have tried clicking on the "use facebook as" but it takes me back to my ad manager and not my page.
