This is a problem caused by sloppy coding at Facebook, only effects Internet Explorer, and there is nothing you can do to "fix" the problem. You have 2 options:

You could use a different browser
If you are intent on using Internet Explorer, follow these instructions to turn off debugging messages:

Click Tools
Click Internet Options
Click the "Advanced" tab
Under the "Browsing" section, uncheck the following (see scceenshot below):
1. "Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer)"
2. "Disable script debugging (Other)"
Click the "Ok" button
Close all instances of Internet Explorer
Restart Internet Explorer and try Facebook again.
