If Someone Reports A Post As Abusive And It Is Removed From Your Page?

I have been having an ongoing battle with someone for about 6 months.  Her posts have included foul language and a lot of direct put downs however mine have never had any foul language and were only in response to hers.  She has now reported a post of mine and it didn't disappear from my page, but was not visible to the public as it was posted.   Did Facebook restrict the post?  If so, why have they not notified me of this?  The post did not break any of their rules or policies; was not racist nor threatening and didn't include any names.   How do I contact Facebook to find out what happened?

Using this Facebook page you can report an issue. Otherwise, there are three ways of obtaining help from Facebook:

  • Navigate from www.facebook.com/help to a section most likely to answer your concern. A few of these offer email support.
  • Use the help search bar at the top of that page (and the other help pages).
  • Turn to Facebook's help discussions.

You may write or phone Facebook, but whether they'll respond to your concerns is another matter. Here's Facebook's contact information:
