I Received A Message From Facebook Saying That I Did Not Complete My Registratio

When I try to follow the link that was given or enter the code that was given, I keep getting an error message saying there was an error and try again. I have tried again and also tried to check all the places where info needed to be entered. I keep coming back to the same page asking me to cofirm my registration. Now I am totally blocked from Facebook -- HELP!!!
