It depends on how you set them up -- if you set them up with the same password, then they will be the same. If you are set up to log into Facebook using your Yahoo info, then it's the same as well.

If you forgot your password, go to Facebook.com and click the "Forgot Your Password?" link at the top. You can then follow the prompts to have an email sent to you that will allow you to reset your password. (You may have to wait a day to log in, however.)
