I Was Notified That An Inappropriate Photo Was Removed. Have Not Done This

If you didn't do this then someone who has access to your computer or facebook account could bethe culprit. If not possible your page could of been hacked. Since there's no easy answer, if I were you I would just be more aware of others in your home & not worry about it beyond that.
