I Need Help Support Phone Numbers

I somehow ended up with two accounts. So my computer went down the other day. I had to call Comcast to fix the problem. But when it was fixed, only one account came up. The only problem is that the account on Facebook that I norally DON'T use came up. So I've been trying deperately to open up my other account with no luck. They had the same passwords....HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN??? Could you help me??? Thanks Barbara Sellner
