Hi Belindabush,

My name is Amit and I work for work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell. With reference to your question I would request you to call the Face book at 0016505434800 then press 6 then give them your information and your problem. After that they will give you another option "phone call" to get your confirmation code. If it doesn't work please use this link below and follow the instructions.
