I Have Lost Contact With My Facebook Account - I Have A Valid Mail Adress But Lo

but i have lost my pwd - tried to reset it but it only sent me to a blank page - meaning to start over again how can i get i cintact with some support that can find the pwd and send it to me - is it possible or do i have to start all over agan - and if so - how do i kill the old account?
