Cannot Log Into Account

I was logged in this morning, left the computer for a few hours, and now am logged out of Facebook and cannot log back in. The reason is that I am asked for my mobile phone number to verify my identity. I have never given Facebook my mobile phone number, and I do not access Facebook via my mobile phone. I cannot log into my account nor interact with any groups/persons on Facebook. Please help!
