I Am Locked Out Of Facebook And When I Try To Log In, It Asks Me To Identify Pho

I am locked out of facebook and when I try to log in, it asks me to identify photos. . . that is fine, I have done that before, but this time the photos are not there (just a little box with an x shows up)? help. . .
