Any One Know Who And How I Get In Touch With Some One From Face Book

I have sent my id to face book on line but obviously I don't have the email address for my account and used my current email for them to correspond to me their ansa was please sign in the the email address you sign in to your account with this is nonsense I don't have the email address so how can I do it how do every one else on the planet manage to get their account back if they loose their details or get their account stolen thanks please some one give me some sense
