Why Isn't My Account Keep Saying That My Request Isn't Going Threw ?

FYI people, i am not abusing my face book account, just trying to re-connect with people that i know, my requests are being blocked or denied. However i don't misuase anything that is free to me. would someone please look into this matter for me. Thank You for your time.
