There are various possible causes of being locked out, and different solutions.

Facebook may have determined suspicious or deceptive activity that may violate Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities (https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms). To dispute that determination, you can file the form at http://www.facebook.com/help/contact/?id=260749603972907.

Facebook may be making an improvement to the database your account is stored on. During this time, you won't be able to gain access to your account. In most instances, this maintenance will last only a few hours. (Facebook doesn't do site maintenance on all accounts at the same time, so it's possible that some of your friends will have full access even though you don't.) If the issue lasts longer than 24 hours, you may want to try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. If that doesn't work, submit the form at https://www.facebook.com/help/www/186570224871049.

If you still remember your password' use your username and password to login, unless you want to reset your Facebook account password then you will need the phone number associated with your Facebook account.

Reset password here:

https://www.facebook.com/recover/initiate. Facebook is very strict when it comes to security, you can send facebook an appeal at [email protected] incase you can't reset your password.
