Facebook 'this Request Can't Be Sent'?

Does anybody know if this message is temporary or permanent? If temporary, how long will it last. please help me,now.

Hey,

If you send friend request to people you don't know and they decline your friend request it ask them do you know this person outside of Facebook and to many people click no Facebook will block you from sending friend request for 7 days and the second time it happens it's 14...

Ther are three main reasons why an account becomes temporarily blocked:

The Account Holder sent out a large volume of messages recently, which is similar to what a spammer does.
Some people reported the messages as unwelcome.
The Account was blocked in error.

As you stated, the block is temporary. Depending on the severity and how often this occurs on an account, this block can range from 1 hour to 7 days, even up to 30 days.

As for your block, this is likely minimal (7 days or less). However, if you prefer, you can contact Facebook to inquire about the timeframe placed on your account. Submit your inquiry here.
