Hi,

My name is Rathish and I am working with Dell Social Media Team.

You have mentioned in the post that you are getting an issue with Facebook.

Since you have tried system restore already and that did not help. I request you to download the latest java and flash player.

Please click on the link below and you would be able to download both software’s.

Please install both adobe flash and java. Then restart the computer and try and use internet explorer or Google chrome.
