Facebook Farmville And Farmtown Problems - Urgent - Help

On both of these I have been having problems the past 3 days. I had planted an entire field of pineapples and I harvested them and got no points for them. I am out thousands of coins because of it on both town and ville. Also, I had to replough what I had already plowed and it cost me. Can you fix this. Can you give me back the points. I also tried to get a gift back into gifts and it refused.
