If you forgot your password, go to Facebook.com and click the "Forgot Your Password?" link at the top. You can then follow the prompts to have an email sent to you that will allow you to reset your password.

Once your password has been reset, you can log into your Facebook account and change the password, delete your account, or do anything else you could normally do. (You may have to wait a day to log in, however.)
