How To Delete A Spam From Everyone Fb Wall

Hi, you won't be able to delete anything from someone else's wall (even if you think it's spam) but you can report it to the site administrators, who will be able to remove it.
To report a post or comment that you think is spam, click on the down arrow in the upper right corner of the Facebook page (the same one you click on to log out) and select Report a Problem. Choose the option for Abusive Content, and you can see all the different ways to report someone.
