Deactivated Facebook. Can I Get Messages Without Activating Acct By Calling?

A friend of mine had their facebook account hacked into. The messages I sent him were found and printed off by someone who has stirred up a lot of trouble. He has since deleted his account and I have mine to avoid further issues. Is there anyway we can get the messages I sent to him by calling someone or not activating our accounts again in facebook?
